Data use boundary

User-uploaded forms may contain transactional, customer, employee, financial, or other sensitive data. The system only uses files for data analysis, chart generation, and report writing of the current project, and records necessary file metadata, processing summaries, and run logs. Please do not upload data that you do not have permission to process; if you need to share reports externally, you should first check whether the charts and conclusions reveal sensitive fields. Current 10 role review addition: data_file and its derivatives are treated as sensitive data; by default the full raw sensitive value must not be exposed in logs, errors, stdout/stderr, Agent summaries, exports or public links. ; All files, chart products, reports, exports and historical access must be verified by siteId, workspaceId, projectId and permissions, and cannot be accessed only by URL or ID. ; Deletion items must clearly state the status of uploaded files, records, derived products, exports, rollback snapshots, audit events, and model summaries on this site, respectively deleted, desensitized, retained, or unknown; no commitment to delete user local or external system data is allowed. ; The risk of sensitive information leakage must be warned before exporting or sharing, and aggregated indicators, charts, and reference chains should be output by default instead of original details.

Data retention

Project data, generated charts, reports, and Agent running records are retained by default until the user deletes the project; deleting the project will delete relevant records and product references saved on the site, but will not affect the original files in the user's local or external system.

The data portraits, charts and reports generated by this product are used to assist analysis and report preparation and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, personnel or safety decision-making advice. Users must check the original data, field size, chart configuration and report conclusions before using them for foreign exchange reports or business decisions.

Rollback only refers to restoring the data preprocessing summary, chart record, report version and workflow status in this site to the previous version; this product is not connected to external production systems, so it will not and cannot roll back external Excel files, databases, BI reports or other production data.
